Went for geopolitics lecture @ 4pm today with a heavy heart..i mean, who wouldnt be sianz to noe he/she got a 4pm-8pm lecture…LT wasnt very crowded..less than 100 ppl? n i realised i got 2 ang moh lectures..so hopes abit up…haha! n the lecturer today, james sidaway..he’s from uk..n he’s very very dynamic…n clear voice..it’s the kind u noe…who can make u interested in watever he’s saying no matter how boring n dry the topic is..haha! geopolitics is interesting to me, but i was worried bout the heavy reading list..but hmm..i think to have a lecturer like him would inspire me to piah for this course…btw..he got applauded @ the end of lect..6.30pm..n he was pleasantly surprised =) Compare him to my econs lecturer..1st lect of the morning..n so boring liaoz..monotone voice..n speaks kind of slowly…(after his past students complaints of him being a machine gun..rapid fire voice n slides) now too slow! n u noe he refuses to put notes n slides on ivle..so we have to copy every shit he flashes Sys down in library today, heard was a virus called blaster32 causing trouble n my home pc kana too…hai..but i managed to clear it quickly…bought a lousy headset for pc today to talk to amanda via msn voice chat.but quality abit lan4… i think i gonna get laptop..hate to be Q-ing to use a pc @ cblc when ineed one…figure it’s a good investment too…=) toshiba m100 or ibm r40…decisions decisions…haha!
