Voyeurs Abound!

Ed: Case closed, I have no more gripes with the person..all is peaceful, yesh. ;) I’ve removed the links to his blog.

The days are getting boring, wake up 10-11am..bathe..read papers, go sch n stay there till 3am.. Like now, i’ve just bathed n waiting for hair to dry before i head to sch. Prof Chan said that we should let our hair dry naturally, if not it would become brittle. That includes blowdrying, and i guess, flattening the hair in the helmet, not to mention making my helmet inner lining damp..sucks!

Back to the main subject, a blogger or a blogder should never underestimate the power of internet search engines, especially those that are meant for blogs, like Technorati and Icerocket. Input the name of this blog, and see what u can find. It shows up a list of blog entries that has ur name or ur link. Searching for jkaiser would give u many links to Hai~Ren’s blog, showing how devoted he is to me. And by mentioning his online moniker here, I have added another hit to his blog search.

Syndicating the search makes it even more powerful. You don’t have to constantly go search, each time there is a new hit, i will know. Each time a person mentions my name in his post, I will know. Each time a blog links me, I will know. I actually have no problems with strangers linking me, after all, this is the Internet. Take away all the links, you lose the meaning of its name. What i really cannot stand is ppl whom i noe, friends or acquaintances reading my blog and not letting me know.

I think here I need to distinguish between friends and other bloggers. I quote Mr Brown or some other famous blogger from time to time, but yea I dun indicate to them. I am not the only person doing that, they know alot of ppl do that. I don’t talk about stuff that is linked to my private interaction with them, which in the case of me and famous bloggers, it doesnt happen.

I try as much as i can to indicate to my frens that i’m reading their blogs. It could be a boliao thoughtful comment on one of the posts, or a tag on the chatboard. It could even be over msn or in person and i say to that person, “how’s the problem that u mentioned on ur blog? solved?” or “wah u sibeh scandalous leh..” So i really dun like it when ppl read my blog, and keep quiet still nvm. Go back to their own blogs n comment about it. Lucky they never use my name, but then it becomes very obvious who they are talking about when they mentioned the same modules that i’m taking, or jc seniors who work as reporters. You know who you are. O yah, good for you that ur grp of male friends when chatting wun eventually drift to sex or army. Not so perverts like us i guess. I talk too much cock, RH mosaics too much stuff, CK is obviously full of rubbish too. I guess that’s just us, young, full-blooded males who are just lao tiko.

Of course u can ignore this post and continue to voyeur ard, and mention things that i said here on ur blog while censornig the obvious details. It is well within your right as a web-citizen. But ah, since i know you as a person, I hope to get that basic respect. Just tag/comment/tell me in person, no hard feelings. No need to force u to delete posts. They are not offensive or incriminating or anything, in fact to put it in another way, i appreciate that someone is reading my posts and reporting/commenting on them. Just tell me, thanks…
